Kimberly Agarth is a Research Analyst and Chinese linguist at CIRA. Her research focuses on China’s aerospace and defense industry, information operations, strategic emerging industries, and tech transfer. She has previous experience with the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy, The Scowcroft Group, and the U.S. Department of State. She holds an MA in Asian Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and was a Boren Fellow in Beijing, China.
