Joe Coble is a trained multi-disciplinary analyst at SOSi’s Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis. During his time in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), he was certified as a trained Tactical SIGINT (TSOC) Operator and as a DoD trained Asian-Pacific Cryptologic Linguist. While active duty, Joe was hand-selected for a Director of the National Security Agency (DIRNSA) surge team, where he garnered the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies with a minor in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Korean Language Studies from the Defense Language Institute.
